One of the roots of poverty is the lack of basic education, and it would be very difficult to send your children to school if you can not afford the fees. Since the economic downturn in Indonesia in 1998, many families are finding it difficult to send their children to school
In 2002 and 2005 the bomb blast tragedy was happened and there are now too may children dropping out of school even before they have reached the end of junior high school.
Here you can help by sponsoring a child’s education – either part of it until he or she graduates from junior high school for the success of their minimum 9 years education as programmed by the government.
When BaliTalk Dmc receives your donation, BaliTalk Dmc will match you with a child or children. The child’s photograph, name, age and grade level will be sent to you electronically. BaliTalk Dmc will also send their report cards twice a year as well as photographs of their family and living situation. If you then come to Bali, BaliTalk Dmc will be glad to arrange a site visit for you.
